ID: A valid photo ID/Driving License/ Passport: Please ensure your photo ID is shown in full, is not cropped, is in colour and is not blurry.
Proof of Address: Please upload a document showing your full name, address and issue date (not older than 3 months). Such a document must be a Utility Bill(Except for a phone bill), Council Tax Bill or a Bank Statement (Normal bank). Please keep in mind that it needs to be a recurring document. We also accept documents in electronic format (PDF).
Proof of Payment: If you are using a card we need a picture of the front and back of the card, covering the middle 8 digits and the CVV code for security reasons. We must also be able to see the name on the card and the expiry date.
For a phone number, we need a copy of a recent phone bill. In the case of pay as you go, a live-chat conversation with your phone provider. Type out your number and name in their chat and ask them to confirm the information is correct, then screenshot and provide us with that image. (In the case of GifGaf and similar providers, you can download a VAT receipt).
For an e-wallet, we need to be able to see the name and email address in the same screenshot.
You can upload your documents directly onto your account by going to your Cashier Tab and Verify ID. Just note that we accept PDF, JPEG, and PNG file formats. Also, the documents have to be shown in full size and not cropped in any way and also in colour.
