If your account is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, you can send an email requesting to reopen your account. You will then be contacted by us directly.
Please note that as per regulations, 6 months need to have passed after your account was closed, in order to be able to re-open it.

You will then be contacted directly via email once we receive your request.
If your account is regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority, you can send an email to [email protected] providing your full name, your full home address, your registered e-mail address, a copy of a valid identity card/passport, and stating the reason you closed your account.
You also need to confirm that you have read and agree with our Terms & Conditions and that you have read the Play Responsibly tab and that you are taking full responsibility for your actions. It should be noted that we reserve the right to refuse the reopening of an account for any reason and at our own discretion.
